Tony Sage is the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Chairman and Director of Critical Metals Corp (NASDAQ: CRML). With more than 35 years of experience in corporate advisory services, funds management, capital raising and resource-sector development, he is widely recognized as one of Australia's most experienced mining executives and dealmakers. Based in Western Australia, Sage has spent more than two decades managing and financing publicly listed mining and exploration companies across Australia, Africa, Europe, Asia and South America. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the development, financing and acquisition of resource projects in Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Romania, Russia, Sierra Leone, Guinea, Côte d'Ivoire, Congo, South Africa, Indonesia, China and Australia.

In addition to leading Critical Metals Corp, he has held senior leadership positions with a number of ASX-listed resource companies, including European Lithium and CuFe Ltd. At Critical Metals Corp, Sage is focused on advancing strategic critical mineral assets that support Western supply chains for the energy transition, advanced manufacturing and defense sectors. He is leading the development of the company's rare earth and lithium portfolio, including the globally significant Tanbreez Project in Greenland, one of the world's largest rare earth deposits, and the Wolfsberg Lithium Project in Austria.

Sage holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Edith Cowan University and is a Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ), a Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA) and a Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia (FTIA).
