Stacy is a defense industry executive with two decades plus of experience spanning national security, critical minerals, advanced manufacturing, and supply chain resilience. She has worked across the DoD as a civilian, prime defense contractors (products and services), and in the commercial sector.
She currently serves as Materials Strategy and Risk Manager at Lockheed Martin, where she focuses Lockheed’s strategic approach to secure it’s material-level supply chains. She is also Vice-Chair of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Manufacturing Division and does strategic advising to aspiring material and technology suppliers.
Prior to Lockheed, she was CEO of a U.S. subsidiary of an Australian graphite mining company, where she led early-stage development of a domestic anode processing plant. Stacy held leadership roles at HII and Textron Systems, becoming known for her ability to build teams and customer engagement. She holds a BS in Materials Engineering and an MBA.
