Mark’s deep expertise in capital markets and North American critical minerals positions him to lead American Rare Earths through its next phase of growth—transitioning from explorer to future U.S. producer of rare earth elements. Under his leadership, the Company is focused on completing the Halleck Creek prefeasibility study, advancing a demonstration plant, and pursuing strategic funding and listing opportunities to strengthen its role as a secure supplier of rare earths for the industries of the future.
