Jonathan Rowntree is a seasoned and strategic executive leader with a proven track-record of delivering above-market growth, guiding evolving businesses from their focus on development through scaling, commercialization and productization in the advanced materials space. He is skilled at bringing clarity to complex situations, setting direction and aligning the organization while building diverse, high-performance teams that are empowered to deliver ambitious goals.

Over his 25+ years of experience spanning the entire electronics value chain, with extensive customer understanding and expertise in Electric Vehicle, Advanced Driver Assistance System, Renewables, Power, Telecom and Defense end-markets, Jonathan is passionate about bringing new-to-the-world technologies to market, especially in the sustainability and energy transition space.

Jonathan started his career in the United Kingdom as a Process Engineer and moved to the U.S. in 1998. He received his Master of Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham, along with an MBA from Henley Management College.

He is currently on the boards of Thornber Properties and Niron Magnetics.
