A Fuqua School of Business MBA with two decades in financial research, capital markets, and global business strategy, Graham has built an extensive network of investors, operators, and deal-makers across the natural resource sector. As a founder and operator, he has leveraged those relationships to connect capital with opportunity and help management teams raise their profiles with the investment community.

Graham also serves as the Macroeconomics Fellow at the Homeland Defense Institute and is actively engaged with policymakers in Washington, DC on critical minerals and national security, giving ECP clients a direct line into the policy conversations shaping the sector. Widely known for coining the term “the Everything Bubble” in 2014, a phrase since adopted by the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, he brings a rare combination of macro credibility, capital markets relationships, and Washington access to every engagement.

Panel

Where Capital is Going Next?

This executive panel will examine where public and private capital is moving next—and where the greatest opportunities and gaps remain. Panelists will discuss how investors are evaluating critical minerals projects in today’s geopolitical and policy environment, which segments of the supply chain are attracting the strongest interest, and what it will take to move projects from government-supported development to commercially sustainable operations.

The conversation will explore the changing role of federal and state investment, public-private partnerships, strategic corporate investment, private equity and infrastructure capital, as well as emerging structures such as offtake agreements, price floors, production-linked financing, and blended capital. With major new public-private initiatives demonstrating the scale of capital that can be mobilized, the question is no longer simply whether money is available—but where it will be deployed, what investors require to participate, and which projects are positioned to win.
